Junior Dragon Volleyball Tournament
Mark you calendars for an action-packed month of volleyball festivities in September! We are thrilled to announce that Bendigo will see many tournaments of many different levels all in the month of September. Be part of the cheering crowd and get around the many different Bendigo teams competing.
Kicking off the month of Volleyball see’s the highly anticipated Bendigo Junior Dragon City Tournament returning on the 10th of September. This tournament sees many teams come from all accross Victoria to compete. This tournament is for athletes aged 11 – 18.
Australian Super League
Bendigo is lucky to be hosting the Australian Volleyball Super League grand finals on the 16th and 17th of September. This sees the four best Australian teams compete in the head to head finals on the show court’s at Red Energy Stadium. This will be a final series that you don’t want to miss!
Australian Youth Volleyball Championship
Following the Super League finals, see Bendigo hosting the Australian Youth Volleyball Championships. This tournament see’s the best junior athletes competing for their state over a grueling 5 days at Red Energy Stadium. The tournament kicks off on the 17th of September and finishes on the 22nd.
Australia Club Volleyball Championship
Following on from the Australian Youth Volleyball Championship, Bendigo is lucky enough to be hosting the Australian Club Volleyball Championship beginning Friday the 23rd and finishing on Sunday the 25th. This will be the second time this tournament is run and see’s the best clubs from all accross Australia compete to be crowned the best volleyball club in Australia. This tournament ends the crazy month of Volleyball in September.
Bendigo Dragon City Tournament
After a month of rest, Bendigo will host its Dragon City Volleyball Tournament on the 28th and 29th of October. This tournament see’s a hundred volleyball teams of all different levels play in the Red Energy Stadium at hopes of taking home the custom made poterry from Bendigo Poterry.
